Speaker 1:

It is June. Hard to believe the year is flying by. In case you missed it, last month, in May, we had five stellar episodes featuring five stellar rad Midwest women all sharing tips to help you get your voice heard. I called it Mayday Mayday. So if you didn't check that out and you are a woman entrepreneur or business owner, or just a woman who wants to make a difference in the world and wants some great, actionable tips about elevating your voice, check out those episodes. There's tips on newsletters, facebook groups, you name it. It is there. How to win in social media right, it's a never-ending game, all right.

Speaker 1:

That being said, I have a couple great announcements and updates, things going on. So summer is right around the corner, literally. As I speak, kids are going to be getting off school and many of you I know not all of you, but many of you are mom, mompreneurs, moms in all sense of the world, or maybe you're really fabulous aunties, but I know, in general, summer is a time when people slow down because we need a break, we need to enjoy the outdoors, people are going on vacations, there is a lot happening and for that reason I need to slow down. You, betcha she did so. This summer, episodes will be coming out every other week, not weekly, but every other week, just so I can maintain a little life work balance. Please keep following you, betcha she Did, on Instagram. They'll all be posting kind of some funny updates and just things going on in the world. This summer you, betcha she Did, is gonna reach 100 episodes. That's bananas. I'm super pumped and I just wanna give a shout out to all the listeners who have been following along on this journey, whether you started last week or you've been there since episode one. Thank you for listening and supporting Rad Midwest Women making change and hopefully you are going after your dreams and getting inspired along the way. So this summer we've got some great episodes coming out, some solo episodes where I'm giving advice, especially in the podcasting realm and how to be guests on podcasts, as well as some amazing, like I said, midwest women coming on talking about neat things they're doing to change the world in better ways. So those episodes are coming out this summer. In the meantime, I want to encourage you to make sure this summer go out and support some women-owned businesses. There are a lot out there and sometimes summer is a slow month for them. So when you have graduations and birthdays and events going on, before heading to you know like a big box store, think about hey, is there a small women-owned business I can support? They will thank you. I thank you for doing this. It always helps. Every little bit helps.

Speaker 1:

And then, speaking of new things in the works, as you know, I live and breathe all things podcasting. I've been a podcast YouTube producer for several years. I've worked for a podcast production company and recently I transitioned to also being a podcast growth coach. I just finished my certification as a podcast growth coach. I just finished my certification as a podcast growth coach. I'm one of only 14 in the world certified through Adam Shively at the podcasting business school. Shout out to Adam, my buddy and mentor. He's amazing and I am excited to help people grow their podcasts like a business.

Speaker 1:

So if you are a podcaster and your podcast is is not growing and you haven't been monetizing it, reach out. This is what I specialize in and, in particular, this summer I am launching a new podcast called Podcast Growth Club, where I'm going to be teaching you strategies to grow a podcast that pops. So this is a podcast that's powerful, it's organized right you don't want to be burned out and also profitable. So, again, if you need your podcast to grow, if you need to start making money with your podcast, definitely tune in to the podcast growth club. You can find it wherever you find podcasts and follow along. Reach out. I will have a podcast growth potential discovery call. If you want to come on and just pick my brain a little bit, we'll be doing live coaching. It's going to be a lot of fun. I'm very excited about this new venture, to say the least.

Speaker 1:

And then, last but not least, in May I also released a short series podcast called Podcast Guesting Strategy. So I know a lot of you are looking at ways to land more guest spots on podcasts to increase your network, to increase your community, grow your business. So tune into that. It's a short five series episode where I give you my best tips, as someone who's in the podcasting industry, about how to connect with hosts, including how to add value so that they want you on your show. All right, that is it. I'm looking forward to summer. I'm sure you are too, so stay tuned. Episodes will be coming out twice a month full of jam-packed information, and don't forget to go out and support those women-owned businesses. Until next time, take care Bye.
